New multisite site can not be opened

    Hello,

    After creating a new site in a multisite installation, I have opened it and only saw the following error message:

    There has been a critical error on this website.

    With active debugging:

    I’ve just released Avatar Privacay 2.4.2. The issue should be fixed now.

    I am sorry, I was totally to hasty to fix this and overlooked something else (breaking every installation instead of only those where the platform requirements were not met).
