New minimize button appears on pages where there are no other controls

Thank you for your plugin which is very elegant. I have used it only for the ‘Enable next previous button’ option which appears on Posts and not on Pages. That is what I needed.

However, with your update to version 2.0.0, the new minimize button shows on all pages, even those with no controls. I have thus reverted back to the previous version of the plugin.

I would like to suggest to two improvements:

1. When no controls are present, the minimize button should be hidden.

2. That you extend the ‘bottom to top’ and ‘top to bottom’ options so they can be enabled/disabled independently for Posts, Pages, Home Page or any combination of the three. This would allow me to use this option which I have avoided because I don’t usually want it on Home pages and sometimes only want it on Posts or Pages and not both.
