New member not showing in directory

    Had a member Pending Review and approved her membership. The Approved count went up by 1 and all seems ok but her profile is not showing in our online directory? I cleared the cache, checked all the settings, she has data in the fields the directories are built from. What else can I check?

  • Have you placed any restrictions on which member roles should be displayed in the directory? If so, is there a chance her role is blocked?

    Yes I have placed restrictions but her role is set to display.

    Other ideas for you:

    1. Any caching plugins or service in use? Those should be disabled.

    2. Has she set her profile visibility to private (if that’s allowed)?

    3. Are other users with the same user role rendering properly in the directory?

    Thanks for these suggestions.
    In going through and double-checking all these areas I found her Community Role was set incorrectly. My error. She’s showing now. Thanks for your help!
