    Hi,

    We added a new group – Dayton Group – last Friday but it’s not showing on the Meeting Guide app. Is there something we can do on our side to get the list updated?

    Hi Andres–

    When I searched your meeting list on the website, I see two meetings for Dayton Group (Monday & Thursday). And I agree, I’m not seeing them when I search them through the Meeting Guide app.

    On the Import & Settings page for the plugin, have you added any data sources (you shouldn’t need to) and is Meeting Guide listed as an Authorized App?

    Thanks for the fast reply.

    Yes, the Meeting Guide is listed as an Authorized App and no changes were made to the settings since we first installed it. The previous meeting before that was added two weeks ago and it’s on the mobile app. Any idea what could be the issue?

    Given that information, I’m inclined to say the issue is something with the backend for the app, and not the plugin itself.

    Please contact [email protected] (because GSO now maintains the Meeting Guide App; Myself and a handful of others are maintaining this plugin) and describe to them what is happening. They should be able to check logs and confirm your site is being polled, etc.

    Keep me posted, and if needed we can dig into your database. But, given that the meetings are showing up on your website meeting list, I’m not thinking the problem is the 12-Step-Meeting-List.

    But, let’s keep this topic open until resolved fully, okay?

    Hi tech2serve,

    It seems that the group’s address was not recognized by Google. This was fixed and now the group is visible on the mobile app.

    Hmmm. Okay, I’m glad to hear you had it resolved. Was it because Google’s database needed to be updated, or because the address information entered into the plugin database was not correct?

    It seems this particular Group didn’t have an official address (no number or mail boxes in front of the building) and Google did not recognize. Now the address was changed to some church from nearby and added the description of the building in the location notes.
