New Media Manager on WordPress 3.5.2

  • Today went through About WordPress page, where i found this “New Media Manager” where it allows to insert from url. For Set Featured Image.

    I uninstalled my current 3.5.2 and again installed, and still i don’t find
    this insert from url.

    Please help, i really need this feature.
