    Hello.

Under the Cookiedatabase.org section of the setup, when trying to add new cookies and saving them they disappear after refresh.

    What can cause it?

    Thanks.

    Hello @asafm7 ,

There might be some issues occurring in the background. Could you please add a new cookie with the browser inspector open to check if something is happening? Additionally, if possible, could you make a video of the process in the meantime?

Thanks in advance, and I look forward to solving your issue as soon as possible.

    Thanks, @antoiub.

    The video:

I do see some console errors.

Also, this attempt activates the Spotify integration (that I intentionally deactivated). It happened twice.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

    Thanks again.

    Hello @asafm7 ,

Thank you very much for providing the video.

It seems like you have some JSON-related issues, probably caused by the REST API being limited by some plugin. Please start by disabling LiteSpeed Cache, Wordfence, and any other security, performance, or optimization plugins. Plugins like these could interfere with the REST API. Once you identify the “culprit,” you can disable it within the plugin settings.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks, @antoiub.

I tried disabling LiteSpeed and Wordfence but it didn’t solve the issue.

I also tried another browser (Chrome).

In my last attempt there were no console errors, but it still didn’t work.

I tried to add other services and cookies (YouTube for example) and it also didn’t work.

    What else can we try?

    Thanks.

    Hello @asafm7 ,

We had a similar issue, could you please recreate the .htaccess file? It could be that some rules have been rewritten or overwritten by Wordfence and LiteSpeed.

Let me know if this resolves the issue.

    Thanks, @antoiub.

I’m not sure what is the best way to recreate .htaccess file and afraid that doing it might break other functionalities on the website.

Can you maybe guide me through what rules should I look for in the .htaccess file?

Also, if the .htaccess file was indeed changed by these plugins, wouldn’t it be changed again by them?

    Thanks.

    Hello @asafm7 ,

You can start it by disabling Wordfence and LiteSpeed. And then follow a guide like this available online. In this way you will still have a backup.
Sometimes, regenerating the file fixes the issue. We are debugging the issue to understand how to fix it.

Looking forward to hearing you soon.

I’ve done that, but unfortunately it didn’t solve the issue.
