• This plugin has evolved since launch; originally free with enhanced paid-support, then briefly a paid-for plugin model, that went back to where it is now as a free plugin with paid support for those that dont want to do their own work.
I still find it to be the best wp real estate plugin on the market.
Support is available / able to be provided by the user community. In many cases if those asking for help were more specific in their questions, I think more of us would try to assist better when able. Thank you UD!

    Hello.

There was two ways to do that. You could renew your old license for next year or add a new license. In the second case, you will need to re-enter your new license on your site. Settings won’t be lost. They are storing in your database, not within plugins.

    Regards.

Thank you Maria. My old license could only be ‘deactivated’ so i did that and then added the new ones. It seems I might have a plugin conflict as agents can only edit properties – (unable to add or delete). I’ll troubleshoot and report back.
    Thank you again. Jim

There appears to be a problem as the menu for agents will not provide the option to add or delete / trash a property (only the admin can add or delete now).

For troubleshooting I deactivated all plugins except wp-property and then also deactivated agent and power tools add-on as well.

I use twenty ten child theme. I deactivated it and went to standard twenty ten (so no custom code) but the problem remained. Will check further .

Any thoughts or similar issues showing up or anything else I should try?

    Using WP: 4.8.1
    WP Property: 2.2.0.2
    Agent: 2.03
    Power Tools 1.01

    Latest versions of products are
    Agents 2.0.7
    Power Tools 1.0.4

When the license is activated you should see available updates.

Thank you Maria – I resolved the problem. I deactivated the older add-ons on my site and in my account and removed the add-ons. I then uploaded the most recent version and added new license keys. I’m not sure this made a difference or not.

Ultimately in power tools, i had to give the agents the ability to edit other properties and to delete other properties. This final step appears to have solved the problem – now allowing them to see the link to add and delete properties.

Thank you again for your assistance.
