New lead submitted today did not generate correct email notification (no fields displayed), was incorrectly assigned, and is not showing in lead management table.

All was fine a couple of days ago, so assume conflict with another update as Upi CRM has not been updated in this time frame.

    Upi CRM version 2.2.10.4

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • We are having the same problem, it seems that as soon as you update WordPress, we run this on many sites and all of this seems to be working when not updated.

    Hey,

first- what is the WP version ? (updated from xxx to yyy?)

    second –

New lead submitted today did not generate correct email notification (no fields displayed),
is it a new form ? are fields mapped correctly?
    can you share some screens?

was incorrectly assigned, and is not showing in lead management table.
is it showing an empty record, or no new record at all ?

Also – I would suggegt reseting the problematic form , map the fields again – and try inserting a new lead.

    Thanks
    Uri

I’m using WordPress 5.4.2 which I upgraded in mid June after the 10 June launch, so I don’t think that’s the issue. But I think I did update a couple of plugins.

I submitted a form 5 July 06:51 GMT which arrived correctly. Two different forms (not new) submitted 4 times 6 July did not arrive. No new record at all. Fields are showing as mapped correctly. Data is arriving – for example in Advanced CF7 DB, but not Upi CRM.

When everything was OK, email notifications came from UpiCRM (as set), subject New Lead followed by the data as mapped. Now they come through labelled from a SiteGround email address, Assigned To… Remote Server Domain… Available Actions…

If I update data already in the lead table, the email notification is from UpiCRM, subject Change Lead Status with the data correctly displayed.

I can send screen grabs, but I prefer not to post them publicly.

    hello,
you can contact our support on our web site.
Also – there might be an issue with smtp setting on the site – please fiddle with the email settings as well as wait 24 hours I’ll update a version on www.remarpro.com to support new smtp mail settings.

ALso – can you please perform reset for the forms on UPI datatype and fields setting and try again?

we’ll need more data to tackle this one… please contact us on our site…
    thanks

Uri has been extremely helpful in trying to resolve this, but I have just found the solution…

The problem originated from updating Contact Form 7 to version 7.5.2. Rolling back to 7.5.19 (using WP Rollback plugin) sorted it. Hooray!

Lesson learned: Pay more attention to plugins you’re updating and make a note in case you need to revert back.
