New language support

The problem of Iranians Wikiquotes (Persian) is that I can’t get information about “Quotes of the days”.

On English version of this website https://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Main_Page you can see the section “Quotes of the days”. But on Persian https://fa.wikiquote.org/wiki/%D8%B5%D9%81%D8%AD%D9%87%D9%94_%D8%A7%D8%B5%D9%84%DB%8C I can’t see this section. If you find it and show me where it is I will try solve this task ??

It can be very interesting challenge because I prepare this plugin in language which I understand, but Persian language is unreadable for me ??

Of course – it can be other than wikiquote source but it must be on CC licence.

Sorry – in this situation I can’t do anything to help you ;( Maybe in future Farsi wikiquotes can have quote of the day. If you send info to me I can make it in one week.
