• When I upload to Woo Commerce new items are marked “scheduled” and are not searchable. If I view item the url ends with the cart item number. Using this url in a browser gets file not found. When the “scheduled” label goes away the url ends in the product name and the item is searchable.
    I added some items about 4 hours ago and they are still “scheduled”
    what is doing this and how long should it take?

    I am not setting a date. This happens every time I upload from Webgility
    Is there a default schedule time somewhere in Woo Commerce?

    That would seem to be the issue then. Something is setting a publish date when updating from Webgility.

    Nope.

    If you look at/edit your products in the admin, do you see a publish date set on them like in my screenshot above?

    I just added some items and they say Scheduled for: Aug 5, 2016 @ 22:40

    Where is this coming from?

    If I go into add product in the admin panel it says publish immediately as the default.

    Correct, that is the default. There is something wrong with the system you are using to add products to WooCommerce.

    This is no a WooCommerce problem, you need to contact Webgility.
