New Issues Causing Havoc

Sometime around 05/12/15 the email notifications suddenly stopped sending to all the email addresses on many of my forms. I have about 30+ forms, each with unique email notification addresses (multiple) but mine is always a constant. When I go to the submission listing there are entries showing that neither I nor any of the other email recipients ever received. Additionally, the download function from the submissions listing isn’t functioning. All I get is a CSV with a header line (row 1)but ZERO data so doing an audit requires stepping thru each and every submit for each and every form, tedious, to say the least. It is absolutely imperative that email notification works every time, all the time, for every form, every SUBMIT click and that’s simply not happening. url [Link redacted]
