    I’m using this plugin successfully with all my sites, just fine. I don’t have any sync or API to work with so I don’t have any issue on how the Lite version of the plugin that I’m using.

    But recently there was an update which changed the way you enter the tracking number manually in the order details – while it was a small change of the AST area up to then, there is now a big sidebar that appears with just the three lines (tracking number, freight forwarder, date of shipping), and it takes a longer time to update for – I think – no real interest. I would just like to know if there is a way to fall back to the previous setup, if not to add an option to choose between both setups, or if I should just consider downgrading.

    Thanks anyway for the great plugin, it really does the work.

    Hi @morklavor,

    We will improve the speed of the add tracking in the order details page in the next version of the plugin.

    @gaurav1092 I am having the same issue. I manually add the order tracking number as I package the orders and the new sidebar way is adding a lot of extra time to the process that compounds on itself as there are many orders. Before I clicked add tracking and the tracking number box would show instantly. Now it takes 5-15 seconds to load. Why change this in the first place?

    OK so there is no plan to have both possibilities ? I don’t really see the idea behind this change that’s why I’m asking for a switch in the settings, to make it less of an issue for lower connections/setups.

    I am unfortunately dealing with the same issue. In previous versions I would fill in the tracking details, select the action for emailing the invoice, and hit “update”. That would send both the tracking and invoice emails with the click of one button.

    Now I am left waiting 10-15 seconds every time I fill in the tracking details, because the email is sent immediately. Could this not be optional, @gaurav1092?

    @aamsterdam Uncheck the Mark Order as Shipped checkbox while adding tracking information to orders so the email is not sent immediately.

    Though, having the side bar as an option would be even better. When shipping many orders time becomes an issue, and being able to quickly tab through the items or being able able to have your mouse in roughly the same location is beneficial

    Please make both version possible for entering the trackingnumber. The “old style” was so fast and quick. Please let this available in the new versions of the plugin. I have downgraded to the last version. I am avoiding to upgradem, until i am sure, the box is remaining as it was.

    I agree with Flatee, the way it was set up was amazing for speed. It really makes a difference when you’re going through many orders
