Should WP ever attempt to access Files in /, rather than in the blog root or site root?
No plugins or themes are installed beyond the default installation. No code modifications.
Have WordPress address (URL) set as https://www.mydomain.com/wordpress3
and Site address (URL) set as https://www.mydomain.com/blog3—
