new install of magic action box – settings are blank

I have the same problem. I installed MAB, activated it, but I don’t have access to the settings.

When I click the Save changes button (without changing anything because I can’t), the tabs are then displayed to their normal place, but the pages are still blank, all of them, including the Styles&Buttons pages, Add Button, etc…

The “Action boxes” work fine, but it’s of no use since I cannot define the provider and the list it concerns.

I have the Mailchimp widget plugin installed. So I deactivated it to check if there is no conflict, but the problem remains.

I have MAB installed on other sites and it works just fine.

No, that’s not a multisite.

I’m using also MAB on a multisite and it works just fine.

But this one is jut plain single site.

Hmmmm.. not totally sure what’s wrong. my guess is that somewhere between getting the page html and displaying it there’s a php error somewhere. not sure.

When loading the main setting page, I see briefly the different items appeared correctly, then all the tabs go up and the page stay blank.

ahhh.. then the settings are there but it’s somehow being “hidden”.. most likely a javascript issue. have you tried disabling all other plugins and see if the settings page works?

I’ve disabled all other plugins, upgraded also MAB (now version 2.13) and still the same.

Javcript… maybe, but in that case why i it working properly with my other sites on the same computer?

good question.. and honestly is what makes it hard since it’s isolated on a few cases only – actually just you and the first poster on this thread.

I’ve logged in to your admin page and I can see the settings pages just fine https://tinypic.com/r/2vvq8p2/8. I believe this is a browser issue.

Try clearing your browser cache or reloading that admin page by doing Shift + Ctrl + R on your keyboard to bypass the browser cache.
