New install need process for subscribing all users

    we have a new install and all users are set to unsubscribed by default (all 450 of them). What is the process (step by step) to subscribe all of these users manually so that we can start sending email to them?

    Hi there @digitaliway,

    Can you please clarify what do you mean by new install?

    – You installed the MailPoet plugin on a different site.
    – Or you reinstalled MailPoet on the same site as per these instructions

    Also, were all the subscribers subscribed to your list(s) before the new install?

    Thank you for your reply: Mail Poet Version 3.67.1 is currently installed and it was installed fresh – never used MailPoet on this site before. After install all users were automatically placed in a list called “WordPress Users”. We could not email any users because the status for all users were unconfirmed. MAIL POET > SUBSCRIBERS shows all users as unconfirmed. I went to the list “WordPress Users” and selected all, but there is no option to SUBSCRIBE all as a batch. How can we SUBSCRIBE them all so we can sedn meil to them since they have received mail from us before using a different method? I also tried to make a SEGMENT but all users are UNCONFIRMED so that will not allow mail sending?

    You can export your WordPress Users list and then import back with the Subscribed status in the import settings: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/126-importing-subscribers-with-csv-files
