new install, lost/deleted the page links from front page

Hi folks ??
ive just had WP installed and been playing about with the admin side trying to work out how things work, ive clicked some link somewhere (no idea where) and appeared to have lost links from the default homepage, like pages and test blogs, all I have is one catagorie

Please could someone peek in and see what I mean, and how I might fix this
