Make sure, specifically, that /wp-includes/wp-db.php exists.

Ill assume that you have uploaded these files after unpacking the zip that you previously downloaded from this web site.

This is what the structure ought to look like:

for your setup assume that the wordpress at the top of that images is actually blogs — wp-includes, and wp-admin will be inside blogs together. Not one inside of the other.

It is the same exact file structure that should exist within the zip file you downloaded (again Ive assumed thats what you have done).

Just pretend that public_html (in that image) is your “blogs” diectory.
