    Hi there,

for testing purposes I have installed your plugin on two different websites with the same result: when on the post admin screen I click on “new reservation” and nothing happens, I click on the icon to edit and the spinner starts spinning and won’t stop until I reload the page.

    1. PHP – version 8.3
    2. WordPress – 6.5.5
    3. The Events Calendar – n.a.
    4. Event Tickets – 5.11.0.4
    5. Theme and Version – Hello Elementor 3.1.0

I would really love to get this to work as it sounds exactly like what I have been looking for for a while.

    Thanks for your help, Jenny

    Hi @miss-newyork ,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please try install and activating The Events Calendar (free) plugin even if you are not going to use it, and see if that helps with the situation?

    Hi,

installing the other plugin does help, I can now create a reservation and access the settings. But how can I make it work without the calendar plugin? They are already using another events calendar plugin that better suits their needs.

    Hi @miss-newyork,

    Thanks for following up.

While Event Tickets can function independently of The Events Calendar, it seems that there might be a conflict with the other events calendar plugin you’re using.

Since we only offer support for The Events Calendar and Event Tickets on their own, you can try reaching out to the support for your other events calendar plugin and see if they can help resolve the conflict.

    We hope this information helps.
