New install – All listings show 404 error

I just performed a new install of WP-Listings and it looks really nice. I have no trouble creating a listing but I have not been able to view any of the listings I have created. Anytime I try to open a listing it shows a 404 error. I am using the Cherry Framework and all plugins are up to date including wordpress itself. I do have a maintenance mode enabled on my site at the moment but even when I disable if for testing it makes no difference… Still getting 404 errors.
