New install 403s or 404s via desktop, but accessible by iphone

Hello – I recently installed wordpress with godaddy hosting to subdomain at https://thegreeneschool.rgb.net/wp-admin
The site 404s in my desktop browsers (yes I’ve cleared cache). It is fully accessible via my iphone. Any suggestions on getting this running properly?
