It sounds like you are trying to add sub menu items. Just create the pages or posts you want to have in the menu, then go to Appearance > Menus.

On the left you’ll have lists of your posts and pages (if you don’t see posts, then click on “Screen Options” in the upper-right to show more options). Check the boxes of the pages you want in your menu and click “Add to menu”.

The pages/posts will appear in the menu on the right, just click and drag them so they appear below the Tourism page – make sure they are indented so they appear as sub menu items.

Then click “Save menu” and it should work. I hope this helps.
