I have had to replace a few images on my website, however, they haven’t updated to the website which is still showing the old images. I have cleared browser cache. Is there anything I must do within Litespeed so that the new images are displayed?

I tested this before , besides browser cache , it just worked for me

did you enable some kind of CDN service ?

if you view the new file via FTP or file manager , does it show new or old ?

I did have QUIC.cloud CDN turned on at one point but have since turned it off.

I checked the images in FTP/File Manager and it looks like two of them were updated while others were not. I am using image optimization. Could this have anything to do with it?

please try go to Media page, reset image optimization on the images that were replaced

I’m sorry. I was trying to figure out how to do this. Do you mean to go to the Media Library? If so, where do I reset image optimization from there? I only see these options:

    Orig saved 59% (optm)
    WebP saved 83% (optm)
    Restore from backup

Okay, thank you. I have completed that step for all images that were replaced now. Should that have changed anything or do I need to do anything afterwards? I haven’t noticed any changes yet.

After completing the step of restoring from back up, I decided to try and replace the image again. Nothing changed so I repeated it again and then all the images updated. It seems that you have to replace it twice in a row to take effect.

what if you reset first and then replace ?
