• I recently created an image gallery and a ‘news’ item / article which has images within it. Neither the gallery images nor those within the news article are visible on any Android device, nor on Safari, yet all the other content on my website is visible (as is the text of the article).

My web designer thought that the Gallery issue was a problem with NextGen (as there have been numerous other issues with NextGen as well). But the News Article was created as a ‘Post’ within WP, & the images were all uploaded into the WP media library before inserting into the post – so it seems they have nothing to do with NextGen. The Gallery however was created within NextGen. Has anyone else had this problem? It is very recent; Articles and galleries I created in June/July this year do not have this issue.
NB: the link to the News item is here:

    The gallery is here:

I am using Photocrati NextGEN version 2.0.66.29, Photocrati NextGEN Pro version 2.0.
I have screenshots of the issue but it seems I can’t upload them here.

@alice Mutasa – www.remarpro.com Moderators have requested that any and all related NextGEN Pro support be handled outside of the forums. Please send us a support request through your NextGEN Member account. Thanks!

Thanks Becky, but since you were unable to fix the watermark issue (which is still not working), you have refused to accept any emails from me! (they bounce back). And yet the NextGen plugin on my site is disintegrating before my eyes; so many other things are wrong with it, I could write a list: the watermark; the ‘exclude’ feature; gallery formatting is now messed up when I add extra text to the gallery page in WP; and now this issue with images not showing in Android or Safari. I will email you if you can tell me you will try to assist with these problems; otherwise I will have to pay for a new plugin to replace NextGen!

@alice Mutasa – I am simply passing on what the www.remarpro.com moderators have informed us and may soon inform you of the same. Support for premium plugins is not allowed here in their forums. As we have told you by email, after extensive investigation of your site, the issue of why things are not working on your site falls beyond our plugin. We’ve done side by side testing of your site and others, where features and options are working perfectly fine on other sites, they are not working on yours (you are correct there). We even resolved issues on your site, but they reappeared on their own. In most cases we can fix things right up, but with your site, as we have mentioned and informed you, it is extensive and part of the issue is rooted with your hosting account set up which we cannot resolve for you. So to correct your statement, it is not our plugin that is the root cause of why things are not working correctly on your site. A good hosting environment makes a world of a difference, and where possible – we’ll fix anything wrong with our plugin. In the situation where you’re at, and we’ve taken a look at your site several times and tried to fix it, it may be that your current site set-up, a different gallery plugin may be a better fit if you’re hesitant to look into moving to another hosting provider, as difficult as it is for us to say. :\ We would love to see you up and running with NextGEN Gallery without any issues.

In regards to your emails bouncing back, I am very sorry to hear that. Please try again, and if it happens again, would you be able to use a different email address?

    -Becky
