New header with newest posts.

  • Hey guys i`m new in wordpress.

    I need some plugins which can i have a full control second header (under main header), with three related news (posts that can i choose).

    Exemple:

    https://www.sportowefakty.pl – like (FAKTY DNIA/WYWIADY) with ajax.
    https://www.wp.pl – this slideshow with ajax function

    I need something above this function. Help please with some name of plugins ??
