new header footer builder not showing

    hello
    i been using Astra for a wile now had no problem with it everything was cool….BUT
    couple days ago i created a subdomain and did the WordPress multisite thinge

    if you know you know

    anyway
    i installed Astra on my subdomain and see the (use new header and footer builder) option
    on my Astra options (tap) i did it i liked it good job on that by the way went back to my main domain and the option is not there my Astra version is (3.3.2)

    soo my question is if you didn’t get it

    is how to enable the new header and footer builder on my main domain if the option for it is not showing to me

    please help if you can

  • well as far as i remember the toggle to enable disable new header footer builder is not available after installing astra try importing a new template via starter templates and you should be able to use it

    Hi @mustaf99, @openbot,

    The option to use the new Header Footer Builder is available only if you are updating the Astra theme older than Astra v3.0 to Astra v.3.x. If you are using Astra v3.x as a new install, then you will not have that option and the new Header Footer Builder will be enabled by default.

    Apart from that, whatever you do on the sub-domain, should not affect your main domain, and vice-versa, as both are entirely different WordPress installation. Please correct me if I am wrong.

    hello @bsfherman

    i dont think your wrong in any way since i dont know alot about it
    but the problem is solved with in installing the same template again yes it did add alot of page’s and stuff i dont need but the new header and footer builder is now usable
    …..
