New hack’n’plugin: footnotes in paginated posts

Hi, I’ve written my very first WordPress plugin (needs a hack, too…). It allows you to have footnotes with continuous numbering in paginated posts.
It introduces a new hook for filters – see all the details in my post here: wordpress hack: footnotes for paginated posts.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
