New forms not in drop down

  • I’m new to Advanced CF7 DB but after creating a new form in the contact form 7 plugin it’s not in my drop-down selections in the advanced cf7 db. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

    I’m also unable to change the form mail settings because it won’t save. I think it’s somehow related to the advanced cd7 db.
