    Hey there,

    This is related to two separate issues. One is that your theme is calling jQuery over http instead of https.

    The other issue is that it’s calling a version of jQuery that is not the one that ships with WordPress.

    Both of those issues have the potential for problems (and have made actual problems for your site!), as I mentioned in the video.

    The fix is to not use themes or plugins that call a different version of jQuery.

    Thanks Ben. I have not been able to get a solution from GiveWP.

    We have a 7 year old unsupported theme which we will be replacing shortly. We’ll just hold up on the GiveWP evaluation until the new theme is up and running on our development site, then try again.
