New form without form type is blank

  • When creating a new form and not choosing register, profile or login Form Type I get a blank form. Is it a must to choose the form type?

    Are you sure you are using this plugin? This plugin doesn’t have these options.

    I am using the Hestia theme and it recommended to add Pirate Forms. By fast look I thought it is using the forms by Pirateforms for the user register, login and such. Is that not the case? I already went with anothre solution anyway, but would like to clarify this situation also. Did I confuse the plugins lol..
