New form not showing

    Hi,

    Great Plugin! I tested this with a simple form and it worked but now when I want to use a different form nothing happens.

    – What I’ve done so far:
    Created a new CRM form, published it. Created the following shortcode:
    [msdyncrm_form entity_name=’lead’ form_name=’web to lead’ mode=’create’ parameter_name=’contactid’ captcha=’true’ default=’{new_url:querystring.id}’]

    However, the new form isn’t showing. Any ideas?

    Hi @jenn0014,

    the page you mentioned displays the form just fine. What are we missing here?
    (primary reason for new/updated forms not showing is cached metadata that either expires eventually or can be cleaned up manually using “Regenerate Metadata” button on the plugin settings page.
