New folder not showing up

When in the Media tab, I click on +New Folder and everything works fine. But when I got to a specific media and click Edit More details, there is a Folders box on the right side of the screen. I click +Add New Folder and it shows up in the box. I can select the item. But when I go back to the Media tab, it doesn’t show up.

It’s definitely there because the folder count reduces by one and I can’t create another folder of same name from Media Tab. But I have no way to make it show up in the Media tab nor any way to delete it.
