    Hello I am using form maker Version 2.7.18.
    After finished creating form and try its function with a few dummy submission, I decided to make several form fields changes like adding new field.
    Currently when viewed in submission tab in back admin panel, data from all fields showed there correctly. However, when I downloaded it as CSV file, only old fields data are there but not from new fields. How do I solve this? Tq

    Dear syfq,

    Please make sure that you have submitted date filling in the newest fields. If you leave them blank, the fields will not be visible in downloaded CSV file. Thank you.

    Hello Sona thank you for replying my message.
    I am sorry can you give me more clear instruction how to fill in submitted date in the new field.

    Right now I do have “submit date” data and it is recorded automatically when someone submitted form. It is already there without I need to manually fill in anything. Is this what you are mentioning above or something else?

    So where do I check this submitted date filling in the newest fields and how to edit it if it is empty?

    Could you please provide us link to your form and tell us what fields get filled in CSV and which ones do not get filled in. We will check them out. Thank you.

    PS: Also I notice some maybe CSS problem when select Service type options, 3rd option stick together with 2nd option.
