I set up a number of custom fields previously with no issues. However, now I am trying to add a new radio button.

I can select Radio Button as the field type, enter the label, and click Add Field, and I am able to add the options once the field has been added. However, if I save my changes, upon reload the new field no longer has its label or its options and it has been changed to a Single Line Text.

Is this a memory limit issue? How can I resolve?

  • Hi,

Rather this problem may be related to other plugin used in your shop. Please try to isolate an issue, by disable plugins which are not our or WooCommerce. Then please enable plugins one by one, deleting cache, and check if the problem still exist.

If yes, please test the plugin again, but now using Storefront – official WooCommerce theme. It will help us identify a possible conflict with your theme.

However, it is also possible that the problem is due to lack of memory. In this case please see our guide how to increase memory limit for WordPress.

Please let us know about the result.

I have tried this and the issue persists.

    Hi,

In this case, please contact us through our official support, where we can help you.

I have the pro version and bought this to replace Conditional woo-commerce pro because it seems simpler to use. I have installed version Version 2.0.4. All seems to test well. The issue is it seems to have a limit on the number of conditional fields you can add (max 24). Anything above this and the field at the bottom of a section list of fields refuse to save conditional product numbers. As long as don’t exceed 24 fields everything is OK. I can get around this by making other sections. With a field limit, this product is not scalable. Please can you fix this. Don’t want to dump your plugin if possible as its easier to use. Seems to be same problem as above

    Hi,

This seems it’s a problem with the too little WordPress memory. Please check How to increase the WordPress memory limit.

As we haven’t got any replies, I’m marking this topic as resolved for now.
