New field not showing in submission

    Hi, I added a checkbox for subscription however the file is not showing in Submission List. I tried to export the data but the field is there. Also is there’s a way to export it w/ viewable excel format? Thanks.

    I found out that the submission list is not showing all the fields. Only four fields. Is there’s a way to display more than 4 fields in the submission list?

    Already displayed the field thru screen options
