• I have added a new field (mobile number) to the registration form.

Will it create a NEW column in wp_users table in the database? I cant see it happening.

Otherwise, where in the database will I see the data collected from this new field?

It is added to the wp_usermeta table and only is added when the user fills the field out, otherwise it will be empty. It will also show on the all users view table, click on the screen options tab at the top of the screen and it will show all the extra fields you can add or remove from the table.

Thanks. I think I need your help. I need to get two extra fields added to my registration form (one is a field to collect mobile numbers and other is a check box confirming their consent for emails and SMS). I can not do it myself. Can you do the above for me? If yes, please let me know and how much will you charge me and I can provide details. My website is https://www.nownow.com.pk.

    Thanks

Hi, Thanks for the input. I think I can do it but not sure, it looks as though you have a custom registration page already in place which might affect my plugin. I can look at it and give it a try and see what I can do. I cannot spend that much time on it though as I am working on a new project right now but I can see what I can do this weekend and charge no more than $50 US dollars and will notify you if it will cost more. For this you can email me @ [email protected] so you can send me login information so I can look at the back end and see what you have in place and I can get your email and send you an invoice if I can do it.
