    I noticed in the changeling that the following feature has been introduced:

    Instore: create a new order as an store manager and send a payment link to the customer via email/sms.

    I’ve tried it but can’t see it anywhere? Is it supposed to show up in the Admin order section?

    Hi,

    Instore is a feature that needs to be enabled on your account and new ID’s and secrets needs to be in place under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Svea Checkout.

    Please contact Svea in order to enable Instore for your store.

    When it has been enabled, a button “Send payment link” will be available when creating orders in the admin interface.

    I have finally received new keys from Svea to get Instore working. My issue now is that the sms sent to customers says:

    “Tack f?r att du betalar med Svea!

    Slutf?r ditt k?p hos WooCommerce – Norrmark: https://instore.svea.com/XXXXXX”

    Is it possible to design the text? Most importantly I’d like to remove the “WooCommerce” part since it’s confusing for customers.

    Also, is it possible to trigger an email instead of a sms?

    I just had the first customer pay using the SMS that was triggered. I assumed once the payment was completed, the Woo order would be updated with the correct billing and delivery addresses and the order being set to “Processing” but it still looks the same, i.e. we still need to manually copy/paste information from Svea’s Payment Admin to the Woo order. Am I doing something wrong here?

    Hi,

    Currently, it is only possible to send an SMS, and it is sent via Svea. For any potential changes to its appearance, you would need to contact them.

    The order should automatically update if a customer completes a purchase using the link from the SMS. Could you check if the payment status is marked as pending or similar in Payment Admin? If the payment shows as completed in Payment Admin but not in WooCommerce, we would need more information about the payment, and I would recommend that you submit a support request to us at [email protected]
