New feature: TOC after first paragraph

Hi!
Currently series toc for post appears as a first thing in post. In by blog I have short introduction for every post and I want it to be first thing shown to user. Perhaps it would be the good idea to add additional setting to plugin so it shows TOC post page after first paragraph.

For some other posts I would like TOC to appear after the post. Perhaps it’s good idea to have also [organize_posts] tag we can add to post and this is the place where TOC is inserted.
