New feature required on admin

Hi again.
I suggest you to think about new feature for admin.
I think many customers need this.In admin we have options to:
– Mark as used
– Mark as paid
but, what if it is refunded, canceled or some other cases?
Also, this options need to be on specific voucher page, not on list.If someone buy voucher for yourself, on buyer info email is missed.
