New FAQ's not showing up

  • Not sure if this is a 3.7.1 conflict or not. (used this plugin quite a bit and hadn’t seen this problem before)

    On a site I’m working on, I previously had 12 FAQ’s published. They show up fine, both in the list of all faq’s and also by category.

    However, for any NEW FAQ I create, I can publish it. I can see it in the list of FAQ’s in the admin area, however it does not show up when I put the shortcode into a post. (all the old ones do, but not the new ones).

    I’ve cleared my cache, just to check but don’t know what else to try next?

    update, when I preview a FAQ, I did notice that it does not show a category, even when I have saved that FAQ with a category. Not sure if that helps track down a bug or something
