new events saved as "drafts" and not "published"

hi
i have created about 30 recurring events and when cllicked on “publish” they
have been saved as “draft”.
https://screencast.com/t/xkfnzfqnaswhen i try to click again on “publish” it doesnt help, and under “status” i dont have the publish option.
https://screencast.com/t/HZKYSCQ4owi also tried to re =-create hem – but the same.
pls advice
