Good afternoon,

I’m using Event Organiser on my web site, https://piscinevaloispool.ca/calendar/, where I have the short code for a subscribe link: [eo_subscribe title=”Events in your calendar” type=”ical”] that results in: https://piscinevaloispool.ca/language/en/feed/eo-events/

The problem is I’m no longer seeing any events in the feed!!!

I’ve tried all three types: ical, webcal, and google.

The only thing I’ve changed lately is in PolyLang I disabled languages for the Events custom post type. Because honestly I don’t need or have the time to create every Event twice when all the information is the same (except the title, which is easy to bilingualize).

I notice the feed though still has a “en” in it. So I’m wondering if there’s a way to force the feed regardless of PolyLang interference? The suggested URL in the EO General Settings, https://piscinevaloispool.ca/feed/eo-events/, doesn’t work.

I can’t find a setting to tell PolyLang to leave the EO feed alone.

There’s a few URL settings in PolyLang, but none specific to EO or feed URLs in general.

Apologies that you have not had a response to this sooner. I can see events in the feed you link to, so has the problem now been resolved?

What exactly do you see?

Never mind, I followed the feed https://piscinevaloispool.ca/feed/eo-events/

But you meant the feed https://piscinevaloispool.ca/language/en/feed/eo-events/

That feed does indeed contain events, but only until the 9th of July 2017. If you look in the calendar at https://piscinevaloispool.ca/calendar/ you can see the events continue beyond that date.

That’s the problem. How come events after that date aren’t showing up in the field?

Yes, I meant the /en feed.

Interestingly the URL https://piscinevaloispool.ca/events/event?feed=eo-events (which is what https://piscinevaloispool.ca/feed/eo-events/ should map to) appears to work.

There seems to be a conflict with the url rewrite, possibly related to PolyLang. Does using the https://piscinevaloispool.ca/events/event?feed=eo-events url work for you?

Yes, using the raw feed works. For now I’ll stick with that.

I posted in the PolyLang forum too but haven’t heard anything from them.
