New events not showing

    It was working fine.
    We had one event showing. When it expired we created a draft event in Eventbrite.

    A few days later we published the event but it’s not showing on the website.
    We’re using the 1 hour cache plugin too but nothing is still showing.

    We deactivated plugins and tested the Eventbrite connection and still nothing.

    Is there a way to correct this without having to uninstall everything and completely add the settings again?

    Hi infosws,

    Anything different about the new event? Is it live and public? Note that if it allows group registration, the Eventbrite API doesn’t support it (and hence won’t show up in that case).
