New Events In Wrong Order

  • Hello,

    Recently we’ve been having trouble getting new events to appear in their correct place in the event listing. All newly added shows are appearing at the top of the list despite having a later show date. We could normally get around this by assigning an earlier publishing date but now, unfortunately this doesn’t seem to work either. Do you know why this could be happening? I am happy to provide log in details if required.

    Do you know if this happened after the latest update of the plugin?
    And do you know which version you updated from?

    Hi Jeroen,

    I believe it has, and I would have updated from the next most recent version as I like to keep things up to date.

    As mentioned above however, the issue was prominent before, although I could get around it by changing the publishing date, so it may be that the problem arose a few versions ago.

    Can you try a downgrade to the previous version and see if the problem is still there?

    Hello Jeroen,

    I have downgraded as you suggested, and whereas it didn’t resolve everything automatically, I am now able to get the events showing in the correct order by changing the publishing date, as before.

    We can get by with this for the time being, but obviously would ideally like the events to be published in the correct order first time, without having to update it twice. Do you know why this could be happening?
