I don’t know when this started happening, but now whenever I create a new event, it only saves the title and content, but not the dates, venues (I can’t even create a new venue), etc. It says saved, but when I enter the editor again, all those details are gone. As a result, the event is not shown in the calendar. Even if I go directly to the link of the event, it says 404.

    Hi @15israellai!
    How’re you?

I’m so sorry for this issue.
Would you mind to run our Testing for Conflicts tutorial and let me know the results?

It’s possible that some external source can be causing this.

    Cheers,

Hi, I have the same problem.
When I insert a new event and save (both as a draft and published), none of the information entered is saved.
I followed the suggested instructions, but the problem remains.
Any idea on how to solve?

    Thanks

    Same problem here.

We use Events Calendar for other clients in the same setup. This time, new install, it won’t save any details other than the name and content.

Not the venue, not the dates, not the times.

hi guys, I don’t know if your problems come from the same source as mine, but I fixed it by removing all the plugins that have something to do with the editor interface (I think it’s the classic editor and the project gutenberg trial…?)
