    Hi,

    I previously reported errors here (connection error with Facebook as well as stock quantity errors), which @simonskyverge helped me resolve which I’m thankful for.

    However, upon updating the plugin several days ago, there are 3 issues that have popped up:

    1. The external business ID got reverted back to the default causing problems with the connection again, but I was able to fix it by repeating the steps @simonskyverge taught me.

    2. The right side of the screen of the site is no longer clickable because of the chat window. This was an issue with an older version but was fine before this update.

    3. The automated responses with chat don’t work anymore. People can still click on the questions but there are no answers, meanwhile everything is set up correctly on FB side.

    I’m wondering if I should just re-install the previous version, which was working fine. Or do you have any suggestions regarding how to fix issue 2&3?

    I’m glad to hear that you’ve been able to reconnect using the instructions Simon shared earlier! ??

    Regarding the Messenger issues, these in particular are ones that we haven’t seen with this new update. I’d like to rule out a conflict with another plugin or your theme before digging a bit deeper.

    Would you please try temporarily switching to a default theme, like Twenty Twenty, and see if you still experience this issue?
