• I was running a test reservation and noticed that the receipt now had several errors on it. I just recently installed a wildcard SSL certificate on the site and am wondering if it is causing a conflict…should I re-install the plug in or is there another possible way to fix it? Thanks!

    This error could happen if the payment has been deleted; otherwise, not very common. Are you running the latest version of My Tickets?

    Yes, I am running the latest version…don’t understand why it won’t let me try another test reservation…guess I will try reinstalling to see what happens…

    Double checked latest version is being run for both My Calendar and My Tickets. Payment is still listed and not deleted. I have a new test item created, but when i click on the even in Upcoming Events widget for My Calendar, it doesn’t take me to a secured page and won’t let me add tickets to My Cart…not sure what is going on…

    You might want to try ensuring that your entire site is running over https; it sounds like you might be having a problem with mixed content types.
