New errors

getting all kinds of errors when I am adding a recipe. Looks like this:
Notice: Undefined offset: 4 in /home4/themagl3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ziplist-recipe-plugin/zlrecipe
This problem just started. what do I need to do, thanks for your time.
