    Hi @davidoshel

I found Jetpack Boost is currently not connected with your site. Can you please connect it so that we can check if the connection for your site is good?

Also, can you please confirm if you have Jetpack Boost (version 1.0.5) installed? If it is not, please update the plugin and try again.

If the issue is still there, please share a screenshot of the error. To upload and share a screenshot, you can use this platform:

Details on how to make screenshot can be found here:

Connect? There is no connect option provided. It just gives me the error when initially trying to set it up. Confirm Version 1.0.5. Here’s a link to the screenshot.

    Hi @davidoshel

I’ve made a small change on our end here, can you try the set up again?

Also, are you actively using Jetpack? If so, would you please disconnect and then reconnect Jetpack? You can follow these instructions to do that:

    1. Go to the Jetpack menu in your WP-Admin dashboard
    2. Scroll down to find the *Connections* area.
    3. Click *Manage site connection*.
    4. Click **Disconnect** and follow the prompts to complete the disconnection process.
    5. Click **Set Up Jetpack** button to connect your site to WordPress.com again.

This handy guide explains the full process in more detail:

    Hi @davidoshel

Just to let you know that we have identified the issue and we are working on a fix. However please note that once this is fixed and you apply it, you might still see an error message after clicking the ‘Get Started’ button as this error message is actually obscuring the original error message which will become apparent then. We can deal with the next error at that point since we will not know the original error message until this one issue is fixed first.

    We will keep you updated.

    Best,
    David

Thanks! I’m hanging in there. ??

    Hi @davidoshel,

We have now released a new version (1.0.6) of the Jetpack Boost plugin which should fixed the issue. If you upgrade, at least your original error message should now disappear. As I mentioned before, it is possible that you will still get a different error message which was obscured by this original issue. If that’s the case, please let us know so we can investigate it further.

    Best,
    David

    Hello @davidoshel,

I’m sorry to hear about the persistent trouble, but thanks for sharing the screenshot with the error.

From what we can see in the screenshot, it seems that the Defender Pro plugin might be blocking Google/Lighthouse from crawling their site.

You may want to reach out to the WMPU support team and report this to them, so they can take a further look.

As far as this is concerned, we’re working on an update to switch out the method that site scores are delivered to a site, that should fix errors like this for real.

    Hope that helps!
