New error from Web-to-Case-Lead, Reason = Duplicate Records

    Yesterday we started getting a new error message, and can’t see any reason for it in our Web to Lead plugin. The error message includes html, but we haven’t made any changes to our site.

    Salesforce could not create this lead because of the reason listed below. For more information about this error or help with Web-to-Case-Lead, please contact Customer Support.

    It went on like this for a while. Now it appears every time someone registers for our Newsletter, this error happens.

    Ask SalesForce support? It’s nothing the plugin is doing…

    Thanks for the quick reply! Just now at lunch I learned that this error isn’t only happening with the Newsletter Sign Up, but with the Contact Us form as well, so I figured it must be a SalesForce issue.
