New episodes not showing up in RSS feed

There are three episodes added to my series so far, the series shows “3 episodes” in the podcast series page, but only episode 1 shows up in the rss feed.

I’ve checked everything I can think of and can’t find anything that would stop the other episodes appearing in the feed.
